Nowadays, maximum people have mental trouble. Of course, so currently, let’s improve own food and let’s start the journey of success.

Some important necessary food for success:-
Brawn rice, flour with bran honey, fresh juice of fresh fruits.

Negative or bad food for success:-
White polished rice, bran removed flour. Biscuits, cookie, bake made by bran removed flour etc.
White sugar, glucose of market and bottle’s or in teen packed wine etc.

Fried food is more dangerous for brain. Like that food makes people low minded, lazy and stupid. It means grease is not totally wrong, its proper use keeps brain safe as well as gives energy as well, but should use in right time and in right quantity. For success better grease is fatty acid Omega-3 which has proved better nourishing food for brain.

In fact, fat can be divided in two parts vegetative grease and creature grease. Generally, vegetative grease considers good for brain but creature grease is not good for health and brain. It creates many types of diseases such as, blood pressure,colesterole, heart disease, aljmirj etc. Fried food is more dangerous for brain. Like that food makes people low minded, lazy and stupid. It means grease is not totally wrong, its proper use keeps brain safe as well as gives energy as well, but should use in right time and in right quantity. We have already discussed above that for success brain’s role is important and for operating of brain main role is of the food. So for success, we should be careful in our food. For that, we have necessary to be the information what to eat and what not to eat.

B1- braun rice, flour with bran, barley and other grains.
B5- fish, meat, vegetable, fruits and grains.
B6- pesta, cashew, peanut, fish, meat etc.
B12- milk, yoghurt, egg, fish, meat etc.
Folic acid-vegetable, banana, orange, lemon, almond, and walnut.

Magnesium- cashew, peanut, pesta, sesam.
Potassium- banana, orange, straberry, potatoes, pulses and fish etc.
Calssium- sesam, fish.
Jink- peanut, mutton, buff, seed of sunflower.
Mangenies- braun rice, pulse, cashew, peanut, pesta.
Copper- mushroom, cashew, peanut, pesta, oyester etc.

Water for success:-
Water is compulsory thing for our life. Without water we can not imagine our life. Nature has made two part water and one part land in this world and our body also has made by three part of water. Such important water, most important for success, water has played vital role in our body. It helps to replace as a mineral product, blood circulation, breathing, digestive system etc.

If we always drink 1 or 2 glass of red wine in a day, it makes our brain powerful. Its reason is resveratrol elements which is in red wine.

Fish, meat- 40-50 gm
Peanut, yoghurt, cheese- 50-100 gm etc.
