To cry is even the signal of mental health. While crying mind/heart feels peace. Neither crying nor laugh nor music is to make our life like handicapped.

Music therapy :-  This is simple method to reduce stress. Music helps to concentrate mind and feeling. Music helps to take out all the sorrow from our mind. We can meditate on music.
