It can be illusion to many people that doesn’t suffering from disease is to be healthy but not so, doesn’t suffering from disease is that only physical healthy as well as to be healthy, should be healthy both physical and mental. If you think nonsense matter in your heart and you feel stress that is your mental disease. You remember, mental unhealthy is more dangerous than physical unhealthy. Likewise, you need to be healthy in a social sector as well. It means making friends, complying the prevail rule of the society, helping to other people when they are in trouble like that matter is social healthy. If you are isolated and selfish, you also consider mentally unhealthy. If so, a man or woman to be healthy what to do? Come on, let’s discuss about some important idea to remain healthy in mentally and physically.

Health is wealth. You remember, mental unhealthy is more dangerous than physical unhealthy.

In our body has also remained more quantity of water. So people can live long time without eating food but without drinking water nobody can live long time.

 

  1. Drink sufficient water: Water is life. If you see that the water’s importance is more in everywhere. Even in this earth, land is one part and water is two parts. It means in the earth also more necessary of water than of the land. In our body has also remained more quantity of water. So people can live long time without eating food but without drinking water nobody can live long time. If so how much does water drink? How much water drink that no exact but all’s focus is drink too much water. Generally, we have to drink a glass of water per hour as well as we have to eat sufficient fruits, soup and nourishing food. We can also obtain water from this things but while drinking water, we should comply some rule such as, generally, we have to drink water half hour before meal and half hour after meal. Likewise, while drinking water, should drink slowly. It is not good drink fast. If we drink water in appropriate time, water makes good everything in our body.
  2. Eat balance diet: As we eat, our life becomes same. Our healthiness, thinking and success also depends on our food has shown several research. While eating food, we should give priority to balanced diet, not to testy and delicious. We have to eat necessary food for health like, carbohydrates, protein, minerals, iron as well as other vitamins. We have to eat salad, vegetables, natural food etc. Was kept in plastic or pot of glass food, drinking thing, fried or roasted food, artificial food made by machine as possible doesn’t eat better as well as we need to be careful how to eat. Main:- it is good idea to take information from the specialist what does eat? how to eat? what time does eat? how much to eat? etc.

    If you couldn’t sleep well at night then you can’t be fresh in the morning while you waking up. So as much as possible better to sleep well at night.

    If we do good exercise always we won’t be suffering from different kinds of dangerous disease. For physical healthy necessary of exercise whether for mental healthy necessary of breathing.  

  3.  Have a rest:  When we do work continue, we feel tired and loses our energy to do something, Why? its reason is our mental and physical needs to take rest. If you couldn’t sleep well at night then you can’t be fresh in the morning while you waking up. So as much as possible better to sleep well at night. If you think something nonsense you couldn’t sleep well that is sure tomorrow morning you will be lazy, doesn’t be appetite, doesn’t have any energy to do something, doesn’t concentrate in anything like that problem can create. Its main reason is no more sufficient rest. So we should sleep at time and wake up at time. It is better to sleep 7/8 hour in a day as well as after doing some work 4 or 5 hour regular, we need to take rest 15 or 20 minute, deep breathing, if we do that we can do some work easily.
  4.  Do exercise and breathing:  For our body and heart too much necessary of exercise. Exercise helps us to be active and fresh. In this new age, all work does with machine. It sure that saves time but it doesn’t good for our physical, without exercise can be unhealthy, lazy, gets loss energy, If we do good exercise always we won’t be suffering from different kinds of dangerous disease. For physical healthy necessary of exercise whether for mental healthy necessary of breathing. What types of exercise doing for positive thinking, healthy and success. What types of breathing doing that all you can determine yourself or you can do exercise by taking information of specialist.
