How to change negative thinking into positive ?

It is easy- change your thinking, when you change your thinking, begin to change your life so change your thinking currently, remember that your life changed, your fate changed.

                    Positive thinking plays vital role for success. Before than start every work, if you think I can do this work anyhow, you think, your half work has been finished. But if you think just opposite, I can’t do this work, you will be fail or you can’t do this work. Your negative thinking you will be fail. According to many investigation –  some disease also starts due to our negative thinking in our life. Not only that- if you are going to meet someone asking for help for any work, what type of response he gives you, he helps you or not, it all matter depends on your thinking. Your thinking can impress in his thinking. It is not apply only people it applis in all living things. For example, if you are going to milk and you are full of anger, you remember, cow also does not give you milk because your thinking’s waves impress cow also likewise, Research has found another wonderful fact:- if you are cooking food or something into kitchen with happy and calm that food will be delicious then likewise, if you are cooking food or something angrily and thinking negative things that food does not delicious and testy also. Now you sure understood the power of thinking. How the world is that all the result of our thinking. Now in future how build up the world that also depends on our thinking. So always let’s think positive. Now we have a problem, we want to think positive but how? because we have been habituated for a long time to think negative. Before doing something comes negative feeling on your mind.

                       Come on let’s discuss some methods to change negative thinking into positive thinking:-

  1. Do meditation:- The first cause of negative thinking is mind(feeling/heart). Mind(feeling) is uncontrolled. Our mind(feeling) is like that thing which like wild monkey. It is uncontrolable. We can not control it even being desire to control. We know, we think unnecessary things then we feel tension/ anxiety. But usually, we can not get rid of it. We have one idea to control our uncontrolled mind(feeling) that is meditation. Meditation brings gradually in control to our mind and to bring under control our mind is like approximately eradicate our negative thinking or cause of sorrow.
  2. Always laugh:- There is many benefit of laugh. Laugh gives us direct or indirect many benefit. Regular laughed person often does not be fail and does not be sad also. Disease also can not catch them. But while laughing, always should laugh from the buttom of heart not artificial and next important thing is while laughing never grin to other. When comes negative thought on your mind, try to laugh then gradually your thought begins to be positive.
  3. Try to see positive side of everything:- In human beings have developed lousy behaviour. We see so much negative things than positive things everywhere. If we saw something or we analyze something, we find out bad side than good side of everything. For example, If we saw small stain in a white shirt our whole total concentration goes upon stain or we see only that tiny stain and we see that shirt dirty. But in fact, that shirt has remained 99.9% clean part which we can not see. Yes, it is all cause of negative perspective. It is cause of sorrow or unhappy, it is narrow thinking. If when we see or analyze something we should habituate to see positive side of it. How you want to see something that seems like that. Of course, when you change your approach, when change your thinking, gradually, your negative thought also goes being positive.

    If we saw small stain in a white shirt our whole total concentration goes upon stain or we see only that tiny stain and we see that shirt dirty. But in fact, that shirt has remained 99.9% clean part which we can not see. Yes, it is all cause of negative perspective. 

  4. Always try to remain around of positive people:– Any person who with which type of person associates respectively, that person also becomes same. If you regular remain on the relation of positive people or if you remain around positive people, regular contact with them, your thinking also will be like their. That is why, regular remain around positive people.
  5. Remember positive events:- If you are feeling hopeless, if you are thinking negative, remember, you must have done any good work also in your life, you must have any positive feeling in some time, yes, when comes negative things on your mind, then remember these interesting moment and success moment or events. It will help you to make positive.
  6. See or read positive matters :– Regular use to see enthusiastic video it develop our positive thinking. Likewise, if we use to read success related book, quotes and use to contemplate it, it decreases our negative thinking and develops positive thinking.
